PSJ 903 Rebuild

PSJ 903 was rebuilt over a 16 month period.  Two years later in April 2000 it featured as a Reader's restoration in Practical Classics.  A professional photographer was used for the formal shots, shown here.

Back in the UK at Hull docks after 38 years absence.

Alongside an MGTC, 10 years its senior. Rebuild started December 1996,
finished May 1998.

Vehicle had been inhabited by rodents. A nest was found in the gearbox tunnelling

hand drive

Surface rust very evident.

Cylinder head had been removed and was in the boot. It was later found to be cracked.

  All wiring had been eaten!
