Alternator Conversion

Converting an MGA generator system to an alternator is a straightforward modification and is described extremely well on the following 2 websites:

	Alternators are shorter than generators and require modified rear brackets.
	The 1800 engine shown here has both generator and alternator bracket holes. A bracket has been fabricated that uses both front alternator bolt holes and the rear top generator bolt hole. The 1500 engine has only 2 bolt holes for the generator and needs a unique mounting system
